Do users need to sign up or be logged in to make purchases?

Yes, you will need an account in order to make a purchase.

What percentage will I make if I sell a tool?

You will make 60% of the cost of the tool.

Do I have to be a therapist to sell a tool?

No, but we do require that you are a qualified mental health professional.

How do I know how much to sell my tool for?

Everyone values their work differently. If you are unsure on how to price something, we are happy to help, just contact us! Feel free to look at other therapy tools and see what is comparable.

How do I get paid?

You will be paid through Stripe Connect, this is the service we use. You are able to request your pay out directly through Stripe connect as needed or desired. https://stripe.com/connect

What if I am worried someone copied my tool?

Great question! Everyone has a different spin on things and we are committed to be sure that everyone's ideas are protected. If you are worried that someone has copied your tool and is selling it, please contact us and we will look into it quickly and take action as needed.

How do I make my tools look awesome and not accidentally steal someone's clip art or photos?

We were worried about the same thing, luckily, we have found some wonderful websites to help. Canva.com has great templates, images and photography. Unsplash.com is another wonderful resource for beautiful photography.

How and When do I get paid?

How:We work Paypal to issue payments to you. In order to get paid, you'll need to have an account with PayPal and be sure that your account is eligible and ready to receive payments.When:We pay out Seller earnings on a monthly basis. Earnings for each month arrive the following month, no later than the 15th.

What is your refund policy?Purchases are delivered electronically. Digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.

Things don't always go as planned, so we offer refunds in very limited circumstances. If your purchase falls into one of the exceptions listed below, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase and are granted on a case-by-case basis. Compromised Resource File- A resource file is damaged or is missing content. Misrepresentation- A resource preview and/or description misrepresents what is in the resource. Duplicate Purchase— You purchase the same resource twice.If your purchase meets these guidelines, you can submit a refund request to hello@thearpytoolsforyou.com.
